We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bandit gear. If your performance apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you. Download and print the label to attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, affix the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
